HOW TO REGISTER
Delegates can register for the Pre-Congress Workshops ONLINE, using a secure credit card payment site.
Alternatively, if you are unable to register online, please contact the Congress Secretariat for a hard copy registration form.

Confirmation of payment
Registration confirmation and a receipt of payment will be sent to you by email. Further details and directional maps will be posted on the Congress website, www.rcog2016.com shortly before the Congress.
Cancellation of Registrations
All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org). It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that the Congress Secretariat has received the written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the Congress at the following rates:
On or before 6 May 2016 – Full refund minus, £50 administration fee
After 6 May 2016 – We regret that no refund can be made after this time, although name substitutions can be made at any time up to the day prior to the event (Saturday 18 June 2016)
No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
In the unlikely event the Congress is cancelled by the RCOG, we regret we are unable to refund any delegate travel and/or accommodation costs that have already been incurred by the delegate, or any administration charges relating to cancellation of travel tickets or accommodation.
Cancellation of Social Event Tickets
Cancelled social event tickets will be refunded after the Congress provided that written notice of cancellation is received by the Congress Secretariat at (email@example.com) by Friday 10 June 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date, although name substitutions will be accepted at any time. Children under the age of 16 are regrettably not permitted to attend social functions.
Letter of invitation for delegates
Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the Congress should write to the Congress Secretariat. Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a registration form and full payment.
Letters of invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Congress; not accompanying persons.
Area of Scientific Interest
To assist with the planning of the Congress, please indicate at the time of registration, the streams you will be most interested in attending each day. Please note that you will not be formally booked into these streams. Access to each of the parallel rooms will be on a first come first served basis. Ascertaining delegates’ areas of interest will help us to allocate rooms accordingly at the ICC.
